Sky Island Transit utilizes spacious SUVs selected to best accommodate each group’s passenger count, luggage requirements, and transportation needs.

Vehicles may include midsize and full-size SUVs depending on availability and the service selected.

Travelers booking a Full-Size SUV service will receive a full-size SUV reserved for their group.

Scheduled and Priority Airport Ride services are designed to comfortably accommodate most airport travelers and their luggage.

For larger groups, extensive luggage, deployment gear, strollers, golf clubs, or other bulky items, Full-Size SUV services may provide additional passenger and cargo capacity.

Please include luggage details during booking so the most appropriate vehicle can be assigned.

Sky Island Transit LLC understands that travel plans can change. We strive to provide flexible, dependable transportation while respecting reserved appointment times and driver availability.

A $20 reservation fee is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due at pickup.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your ride, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. Reservation fees for cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time may be applied toward a future Sky Island Transit reservation.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time and no-shows will forfeit the reservation fee.

If we are unable to contact a passenger within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, the reservation may be considered a no-show.

Flight delays are common. Please provide updated flight information as soon as possible, and we will make reasonable efforts to adjust pickup timing when operationally feasible.
